About Telm

Telm is built by the team at keepflow.ai. We make moderation tools for Telegram communities — the kind we wanted when we were running busy groups ourselves.

What we're building

Telm protects Telegram groups without the usual cost of automated moderation: false bans. It checks every message against the CAS blocklist, an AI classifier, keyword and pattern rules, OCR, and image hashing — and, by default, shows admins what it would do before it does anything.

How Telm protects your group

Several independent signals, not one black box.

CAS blocklist

Every new member is checked against the Combot Anti-Spam database of known spammers before they can post.

AI classifier

A text classifier scores each message on patterns, context, and behaviour to catch spam that has no obvious keyword.

Keyword & pattern rules

Fast regex and keyword rules catch obvious scams, banned links, and forbidden content instantly.

OCR for images

Text inside images is read with OCR, so spam hidden in screenshots and pictures is caught too.

Image hashing

Known spam images are matched by hash, stopping re-posted scam pictures across your groups.

How we build it

Show, then act

New groups start in Monitoring Mode. Telm logs what it would do — ban, mute, delete, warn — and lets you review before any real member is affected.

No black box

Detection is several inspectable signals — CAS, an AI classifier, keyword patterns, OCR, image hashing — not one opaque model. You can see why a message was flagged.

Works out of the box

Add the bot as an admin and protection starts. No required configuration before it begins watching.

Free to start

From a small project chat to a large supergroup — the same tools, priced to start free.

Why we built it

We ran Telegram communities and kept hitting the same wall. Spam scaled faster than we could moderate by hand, and the bots that could keep up were blunt — they'd ban real members along with the scammers.

So the team at keepflow.ai built Telm around one rule: never act blind. New groups start in Monitoring Mode, so you see the bot's decisions before you trust it with enforcement. Under the hood it combines a CAS blocklist, an AI text classifier, keyword and pattern rules, OCR for image text, and image hashing — so spam gets caught whether it's a link, a caption, or a re-posted screenshot.

Telm is built and run by the team at keepflow.ai. We keep the product deliberately transparent: every signal that flags a message is one you can see and review, and nothing is enforced until you have watched it work in Monitoring Mode. We would rather miss an edge case than ban a real member by mistake. Telm is operated by KeepFlow L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, UAE) — you can reach us any time at support@telm.com.
