Telm is an AI-powered Telegram moderation platform that: - Detects and removes spam in real-time - Provides analytics and insights about your community - Offers support mode for customer service groups - Protects against raids, scams, and malicious users We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must connect with your Telegram account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content in your Telegram groups. By using Telm, you grant us a limited license to process messages as necessary to provide our services. You represent that: - You have admin rights to the groups you connect - Your groups comply with Telegram's Terms of Service - You will not use Telm for illegal purposes We reserve the right to disconnect any group that violates these terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: - Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan - Provide accurate billing information - Authorize automatic recurring charges Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate Telegram's Terms of Service - Engage in illegal activities - Attempt to bypass or disable Telm's protection - Use Telm to spam or harass others - Reverse engineer or copy our technology - Resell or redistribute the service without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Telm is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E. Telm is operated by KeepFlow L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through email or our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
