One Telm account can manage many Telegram groups at once. Each connected group appears as a card on your dashboard, keeps its own independent settings and subscription, and opens into its own control panel. Switch between groups from the dashboard list, pin the ones you use most, and connect new ones with Add Group. The free plan allows up to 5 connected groups per account.

You do not need a separate login for each community. A single Telm account is built to hold and manage as many groups as you connect to it - ideal for agencies, project owners with several chats, and anyone running a network of communities.
Every group you link through Add Group joins the same account. There is no limit on how many people can co-manage - team members can be invited per group - while the connecting owner sees all their groups in one place.
2Your group list
The dashboard home shows every connected group as a card with its title, photo, current plan, and a quick summary of recent activity. This list is your hub for jumping between communities.
Clicking a group card opens that group's control panel, where the entire sidebar - antispam, moderation rules, triggers, welcome, journal, and settings - applies only to that one group.
- Each card shows the group's plan badge (Free, Basic, Pro, Business) and its status.
- Recent activity gives you an at-a-glance health check without opening each group.
- Pin the groups you manage most often so they stay at the top of the list.
3Switching between groups
To move from one community to another, return to the dashboard and open the group you need. Because each group has its own dedicated panel, there is no risk of changing the wrong group by accident - the settings you see always belong to the group whose card you opened.
The group whose panel is open is always named in the page header, so you can confirm which community you are configuring before you save anything.
4Independent settings per group
Every group carries its own configuration: antispam sensitivity, moderation rules, trigger rules, welcome messages, whitelist, and subscription plan are all stored separately. Changing a setting in one group never affects another.
This separation is deliberate - a strict crypto-trading chat and a relaxed hobby group can live under the same account with completely different rules. When you do want two groups to share a configuration, you can copy it over with Import and export settings instead of re-entering everything by hand.
5Limits and adding more groups
On the free plan, one account can hold up to 5 connected groups. That limit is per account, not per group. When you need more, upgrade one of your groups to a paid plan, which raises the number of groups the account can connect.
To connect another community at any time, click Add Group on the dashboard and follow the connection steps in Link a group to your account.
