In the AI Manager section you switch on the digest and choose daily or weekly. The bot sends you, the owner, a private summary — a quick recap, key metrics with trends, the topics people discussed, your most active members, moderation activity, and a few clear recommendations. Daily digests arrive each day, weekly ones on Mondays. It needs a Pro or Business plan plus the AI Manager add-on.

Open in your dashboard1What the owner digest is
The digest is a regular report sent straight to you, the owner, so you can run a busy group without scrolling back through hundreds of messages.
It is one of the four tools in the AI community manager. Instead of guessing how the week went, you get the picture at a glance and decide where to step in.
2Enable it and pick a period
Open your group, go to the AI Manager section, and switch on the digest. Then choose how often it arrives.
The digest comes to you privately in the bot's direct chat, so start the bot in a private message first so it can reach you.
- Daily — a recap of the last day, sent every day.
- Weekly — a recap of the last week, sent on Mondays.
3What is inside a digest
Each digest is built from your group's real activity for the period and written as a clear, friendly summary. It always compares against the period before, so you can see what is rising or falling.
- A one or two line recap of the period.
- Metrics with trends: messages, active members, joins and leaves, spam blocked, and mood.
- The topics people talked about.
- Community stars — your most active members.
- Moderation activity and a few concrete recommendations.
4When it arrives and in what language
Digests go out on a fixed schedule: a daily digest each day, and a weekly one at the start of the week on Monday. Each period is delivered just once, so you never get duplicates.
The digest is written in the AI Manager language you set, or your group default when left on auto, so it reads in the language you prefer.
5Delivery and history
If a digest cannot reach your DM at that moment, it is not lost — it waits in a pending list in the AI Manager section, where you can send it to the group or remove it. Past digests are kept in a history you can filter by type.
For a fuller picture, pair the digest with the AI content plan so the manager both reports on your group and helps feed it.
