Telm stores your data in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption. Analytics and moderation history are kept for a window that depends on your plan (7, 30, 90 or 365 days). Telm does not sell or rent your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@telm.com.
1How long data is kept, by plan
Message content is processed in real time; message history, analytics and moderation records are retained afterwards, and how far back they go depends on your plan.
- Free — 7 days of history.
- Basic — 30 days of history.
- Pro — 90 days of history.
- Business — 365 days of history.
2Where your data is stored and how it is protected
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit and at rest.
If you use the white-label add-on to run the service under your own bot, that bot token is stored encrypted, not in plain text.
The service is operated by KeepFlow L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai, UAE. The full details are in the privacy policy and terms.
4How machine-learning models are trained
Part of what makes the spam detection effective is machine learning trained on message data. When data is used for training it is anonymised first: identifiers such as usernames, phone numbers, and email addresses are replaced with placeholders before the model ever sees them.
5Deleting or exporting your data
You are never locked in. Analytics is removed automatically once it passes your plan window, and after a plan change the remaining history is cleared after 30 days.
If you want everything removed sooner, remove the bot from your groups and email support@telm.com to request deletion. You can also export your moderation logs and detections to CSV from the dashboard (Business plan).
