Organization analytics roll up every group in your network into one view: total messages, spam blocked, and member growth, a per-group breakdown, trend charts over your chosen period, and a health status that flags quiet or at-risk groups at a glance.
Want to set this up? Do it right in your Telm account.
Open in your dashboard1One view for the whole network
Instead of checking each group separately, organization analytics combine every group in the network into a single dashboard. It answers the big questions at a glance: how active is the network, how much spam is being stopped, and is the audience growing or shrinking.
Any team member, including analysts, can open the analytics. It is designed to be the shared source of truth for the whole network.
2Totals and trends
At the top you get the combined totals for the whole network over your selected period: total messages, total spam blocked, and how many members joined and left.
Below the totals, trend charts plot these numbers day by day, so you can see spikes, quiet spells, and the overall direction of the network over time.
- Total messages across all groups.
- Total spam blocked across all groups.
- New and departed members across the network.
- Day-by-day charts for the whole period.
3Per-group breakdown
Under the network totals, a table lists every group with its own numbers: messages, spam blocked, new members, members who left, and net growth for the period.
This makes it easy to compare communities side by side and spot which ones are thriving and which ones need attention.
4Group health status
Each group also carries a simple health label so you do not have to read every number. Telm compares the last 7 days with the previous 7 days and looks at how much of the traffic is spam.
A group is marked healthy when it is active and clean, quiet when there is very little activity, and at risk when activity has dropped sharply or the share of spam is unusually high.
- Healthy: active and mostly clean traffic.
- Quiet: very few messages in the last week.
- At risk: activity fell by more than half, or the spam share is high.
5Choosing the time range
You can adjust the reporting period to focus on the window you care about, from a single day up to a full year. The default view covers the last 30 days.
All the totals, charts, and per-group numbers update to match the period you pick, so the summary cards and the charts always agree.
