Telm takes payments on the web through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards and wallet payments where available. Mobile app subscriptions go through Apple or Google in-app purchases. You can apply a promo code at checkout, prices are in US dollars, and card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by Telm.

Open in your dashboard1How payments are processed
Payments on telm.com are processed by Stripe, a global payment provider. When you subscribe or add an add-on, you complete payment on a secure Stripe checkout page and return to your dashboard once it succeeds.
Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile app are handled by the app store instead, using Apple or Google in-app purchases with your existing store payment method.
2Cards and payment cards
On the web, Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, in most countries. You enter your card once at checkout and it is used for automatic renewals on your chosen cycle.
You can update the card on file at any time. Keeping a valid card avoids a past-due status when a renewal comes due.
3Wallets and one-click payment
Where your device and region support them, the Stripe checkout can offer wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, letting you confirm with a single tap instead of typing card details.
The available options are shown on the checkout page itself, since they depend on your country, browser and device.
4Mobile app purchases
If you subscribe from inside the Telm mobile app, the purchase runs through the Apple App Store or Google Play using your store account. These subscriptions are managed in the store, not in the web Billing section.
Store subscriptions also get a longer grace window (up to 60 days) because Apple and Google run their own billing-retry and account-hold cycles.
5Currency, receipts and invoices
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. After each successful charge the payment provider issues a receipt, so you always have a record of monthly or yearly renewals and any one-time purchases such as broadcast credit packs.
Because billing is per group, each group subscription generates its own charges and receipts, which keeps accounting clean when you run several communities.
6Promo codes at checkout
If you have a promo code, you enter it on the checkout page before paying. A valid code applies its discount to the subscription, whether that is a one-time discount on the first payment or a recurring discount for a set number of months.
Only one discount applies per checkout, so a server-applied offer and a manually entered code are not combined.
7Billing security
Telm does not store your full card number. Card data is entered on the payment provider secure page and handled by the provider, so sensitive details never sit in the Telm dashboard.
This is why card changes, wallet payments and receipts all happen through the provider: it keeps your payment information protected by a dedicated, compliant payment platform.
