Anyone can join the affiliate program and earn a share of what the customers they send to Telm pay. You get a personal referral link with a unique code, and every paying customer who signs up through it is credited to you.
Attribution is first-touch and permanent: the first partner a user is linked to keeps the credit for good, as long as the link is created inside the attribution window. You track referrals, commissions and payouts from your affiliate area.
2Two-level commissions
The program pays on two levels. Level one is your direct earnings; level two rewards you for growing the partner network by bringing in other affiliates.
- Level 1 — 30% of the payments from customers you refer directly.
- Level 2 — 5% of the payments from customers referred by partners who joined through you.
- Commissions are calculated on real payments in cents and reverse automatically on refunds or disputes.
- Level-1 commission requires your partner account to be active; level-2 credits the upline who introduced you.
3How referrals are attributed
When someone follows your link, the referral is recorded and stays with you. The rule is first-touch and immutable — once a user is bound to a partner, that binding never changes, so a later link from someone else cannot take the credit.
A few safeguards keep the program fair. You cannot refer yourself; someone who was already a paying customer cannot be newly attributed; and the binding must happen while the account is still inside the attribution window (90 days from account creation).

- Immutable: an existing binding is never overwritten.
- No self-referral, no attributing existing paying customers, and only within the 90-day window.
4Referral links and promo codes
Your main tool is your referral link, which carries your unique code. Share it anywhere — your site, newsletter, social posts or community — and copy it with one click from your affiliate area.
For places where a link does not fit, such as a podcast or a video, we can issue a named promo code (for example, one with your name in it). The customer enters the code at checkout, gets a discount, and the sale is still credited to you even without a link click.
- Referral link — the default, works from any click.
- Promo code — for spoken or printed channels where a link cannot be clicked; the purchase itself is the attribution.
5Earnings, hold period and balances
New commissions start as pending and become available for payout after a 30-day hold, which covers refunds and chargebacks. Once cleared, they move to your available balance, and your affiliate area shows every stage so you always know where you stand.
Commissions are calculated in cents on real, retained payments in US dollars. If a customer refunds or disputes a payment, the related commission is reversed in proportion to the refund automatically.
- Pending — earned but still within the 30-day hold.
- Available — cleared and ready to be paid out.
- Payout pending — included in a payout request you have submitted.
- Paid — already sent to you.
6Requesting a payout
Once your available balance passes the minimum payout threshold — 50 US dollars by default — you can request a payout from your affiliate area. Our team reviews and processes it: a request moves from requested to approved to paid, or is rejected if something is off.
You can have one open payout request at a time; submit the next one after the current is settled. A request below the minimum is declined until your available balance grows.
