A Pro subscription covers one group and a Business subscription covers five, and both can take extra groups at $19/mo each. The lineup is Free ($0), Pro ($29/mo) and Business ($99/mo). Choosing yearly billing charges 10 months up front, so two months are free: Pro $290/yr, Business $990/yr, extra groups $190/yr each.

- Free: up to 1,000 members, 7-day history, 10 custom rules
- Pro $29/mo: 1 group, member limit 25,000, 90-day history, 100 rules, 2,500 broadcast DMs/month
- Business $99/mo: 5 groups, no member limit, 365-day history, unlimited rules, 10,000 broadcast DMs/month per group

2Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading from Free means subscribing to Pro or Business. Between paid plans, an upgrade (Pro to Business) unlocks the higher plan's features the moment the payment clears and keeps your groups: the first five are included, and any beyond five stay as extra places. A downgrade (Business to Pro) lowers your limits to the smaller plan, and it is refused while more groups are attached than Pro's one included group plus your extra places, so detach groups first.
Both directions are handled as a single change on your existing subscription, so you keep the same billing anniversary. Switching between monthly and yearly billing works the same way as a plan change, and your extra groups move to the same cycle.
3How proration works
When you change plans, the price on your active subscription updates in place and the difference is invoiced right away. On an upgrade you pay only for the remaining days of the current period at the higher rate; on a downgrade the unused value of the higher plan is credited toward your next invoice.
Extra groups are recalculated during the change: moving from Pro to Business folds your groups into the five included ones and keeps only those beyond five as extra places, and switching between monthly and yearly moves the extras to the new cycle in the same step.
4Member limits after the change
Member limits differ per plan (Free 1,000, Pro 25,000, Business unlimited). If your group is bigger than the new plan's limit, protection keeps working: you see a banner in the dashboard and get one message from the bot suggesting the plan that fits.
Custom rules work the same way: rules above the new plan's limit keep working and can still be edited or switched on and off, but you cannot create new ones beyond the limit. Details are in Member limits, extra groups and credits.
5After the change
The new plan shows on your billing page right away, with no waiting for a background sync. Your next renewal invoice reflects the new base price plus any extra groups.
